About me
Kimberly started as a coach in 2018. She has worked with several teams ranging in ages from 17-26 throughout southern Ontario. Part of Kimberly’s full-time job is training and working closely with a direct report; as well as other teammates in other departments in her position as Finance Manager at Renfrew and Burnstown Castle. She has conducted deep-dive discussions as to personal goals and objectives with over 100 people representing all walks of life. She has the ability and skills to get people to open up and share goals, dreams, fears, and roadblocks. Kimberly’s favourite part of university was psychology courses. Stemming from an interest in the way people’s brains work; and why and how they make choices they make. Kimberly has continued working on finding ways to connect with individuals in a way that resonates with them and the way their brain works. She is certified as an NCCP (National Coaches Certification Program) coach. Kimberly has completed the Effective Leadership Training Program given by Dr. Denis Cauvier. She has worked as a customer service representative in multiple different industries; as well as having worked in several different sales positions. Kimberly is currently a volunteer board member for the Ottawa Valley Curling Association (OVCA) Junior SuperSpiel.

Keynote Speeches
Kimberly’s keynote “My PATH Isn’t Your PATH; How to Create Unbreakable Self-Confidence” can be offered between a 45-to-60-minute format. Kimberly’s keynotes are designed to not only motivate her audience but to inspire people to take positive action.
Full & Half Day Workshops
Kimberly offers highly interactive workshops ranging from half to full day formats. Her workshops are interactive, hands-on learning experiences supported by customized handouts.
One-on-One Coaching
Kimberly’s one-on-one coaching is client-driven and focused on helping individual achieve their specific goals or objectives.
